Peggy Kubert, LCSW, Director
Peggy Kubert, MA, LCSW has been with Erika's Lighthouse since October, 2006. She has 30 years of experience working with schools as an educator, trainer, and consultant. Peggy works directly with school staff, administrators, parents, and students to help the community grapple with the complex issues of childhood and adolescent depression. She also maintains a private clinical practice in Winnetka and facilitates a parent education program called Roots & Wings, Raising Resilient Children in schools on the North Shore of Chicago. Heather Steward/Youth Coordinator
Our newest addition to Erika's Lighthouse is Heather Steward. Since receiving her BA degree from Lake Forest College in Psychology and Communications, she has enjoyed post undergrad life with her three roommates in Chicago.
Naturally, Heather found a niche at the agency with experience as a Prevention Educator in the arena of domestic violence. As current Youth Board Coordinator, she oversees adolescent leaders in their quest to educate, advocate and eliminate teenage depression throughout the community.
