PARENT EDUCATION
Erika's Lighthouse works with parent groups who want to learn more about adolescent depression and the Red Flags/ Claire's Story program. We believe that if parents and adolescents can develop a common vocabulary around mental health and mental health problems, difficult but important conversations can be conducted with greater ease. Participants at our free-of-charge workshops receive a copy of our Parent Handbook on Childhood and Adolescent Depression. For more information, contact Peggy Kubert at info@erikaslightouse.org
