SUPPORT FOR SCHOOLS Schools play a key role in the early identification and intervention of students showing signs of depression. Our comprehensive approach has three parts: 1. training faculty to recognize the important role they play in identifying students who might need emotional support, 2. a curriculum for students about mental illness and social well being, 3. education for parents. |

RED FLAGS PROGRAM Erika's Lighthouse enthusiastically endorses the Red Flags Program out of Ohio. It is a comprehensive childhood and adolescent depression awareness program developed for middle schools. Several other schools are embracing this much needed curriculum in our area. Erika's Lighthouse would like to see it available to all children. If you are interested in finding out more, please feel free to e-mail us at Info@Erikaslighthouse.org.
