At Erika's Lighthouse, we empower families navigating youth mental health, adolescent depression and mental health concerns. Our compassionate, evidence-informed resources provide the knowledge and tools you need to support your child's mental wellbeing. We believe every family deserves access to quality mental health education without barriers. Our approach combines clinical expertise with real-world practicality.
