How can I access the staff training to earn a certificate of completion?

Before you begin: You must already have an Erika's Lighthouse Resource Portal account. If you don't have one, complete the Create Account form.

  1. Log in to the Erika's Lighthouse Resource Portal

  2. Staff Training Only (landing page after login is "My Portal for Staff Training")

    1. Scroll down to select the staff training you would like to complete.

    2. The section below will show any certificates you have earned.
  3. Full Portal Access (landing page after login is "My Resource Portal")
    1. On the menu bar, under "Depression & Suicide", hover over "Policy & Staff Training".
    2. Select "My Portal for Staff Training."
