How can I get staff buy-in?

Our Staff Training equips educators and school staff build the skills, knowledge, and understanding of why this work matters in schools. We have Implementation Training videos that are available to help educators implementing the program feel more comfortable and confident in having conversations with young people. Our Staff Resources on Intervention Language, Classroom Accommodations and When to Involve a School Mental Health Professional, and more — all available to share school-wide.
