How can I volunteer with Erika's Lighthouse?

Anyone can join our community and be a leader in helping us solve the youth mental health crisis.

Erika’s Lighthouse is a nonprofit organization dedicated to adolescent mental health. It was founded in memory of Erika, a middle schooler who lost her life to depression. We are committed to making sure no other family experiences this loss, and have been building a community of dedicated advocates to advance our mission and expand our impact.

There are several ways to get involved:

  • Individuals and groups can volunteer to assemble Good Mental Health Toolkits — curated collections of resources designed to promote mental wellness and reduce the stigma around mental health.
  • Teens can be peer champions by starting a school-based Empowerment Club to support classmates' mental health.
  • Community leaders can join a strategic advisory group that channels their passion for Erika's Lighthouse alongside professional expertise in areas such as corporate leadership, fundraising, marketing, and organizational operations.
