How do I know which level to use?
Erika’s Lighthouse offers four “levels” of programs, each with its own Plan & Implementation that districts, schools and educators can use to build shared values and vocabulary around mental health.
What Are the four levels offered in your Classroom Education programs?
Erika's Lighthouse offers four levels of free, evidence-informed classroom education to help students recognize the signs and symptoms of depression, promote good mental health, and encourage help-seeking:
- Intro Level — Grades K-3
- Level I — Grades 4–6
- Level II — Grades 5–9
- Level III — Grades 8–12
Schools and districts choose which level to use based on their specific grade levels or the topics they want to cover. Guidance on Implementation Across Multiple Grades is also available to support planning decisions.
