When completing the form, YOU MUST SELECT AT LEAST ONE PROGRAM AND INCLUDE NUMBER IMPACTED
Once you select which program(s) you've used, a box will appear below the checkboxes, and this is where you will input which Level you used and how many students/staff were impacted.
By sharing this important information with us, you help keep our programs free of charge. Our impact numbers are what demonstrate our growth and reach each school year.
