Mental Health Recharge is a web-based program that delivers five-minute classroom breaks using positive coping mechanisms, designed to empower any adult in a school to lead students in building good mental health habits. It offers activities across 8 categories, giving young people the opportunity to practice a variety of coping strategies and discover what works best for them.
The 8 activity categories are:

- Exercise
- Breathing
- Positivity
- Visualization
- Rest
- Free Time
Who can use Mental Health Recharge?
Anyone in a school building can use Mental Health Recharge, including:
