What is the Data Center and how do I use it?

Tools that help schools make data-informed decisions

What is the Erika’s Lighthouse Data Center?

The Erika's Lighthouse Data Center is a free data collection and reporting tool that helps schools understand and act on student mental health needs. It consolidates assessments, surveys, and evaluations into one place and provides guidance on analyzing results — so schools can take meaningful action for their entire school community. Schools also receive one-on-one support to help interpret results and next steps.

How do schools access their Data Center results?

Once your school has completed surveys or evaluations, follow these steps to access your data:

  1. Log in to your Resource Portal account at erikaslighthouse.org.
  2. Locate your unique school ID in your Resource Portal account dashboard.
  3. Navigate to the Data Center and enter your school ID to access your individual school data or district data.

What support does the Data Center provide?

The Data Center provides guidance on analyzing student mental health data so schools can make informed decisions about student needs, program effectiveness, and resource gaps. It brings all available assessments, surveys, and evaluations into one place, making it easy to review everything in a single view. Currently, survey results for the Mental Health: Depression & Suicide programs are available in the Data Center. Pre- and post-test surveys for newer programs — including anxiety, resiliency, and positive relationships — are not yet reflected in the Data Center. Check back as more programs are added over time.
