What mental health topics does Erika's Lighthouse cover?

Maintaining good mental health is among the most challenging issues affecting today’s youth, and the stressors young people face can be intense.

Erika’s Lighthouse is a nonprofit organization that supports student mental health from Kindergarten through Grade 12. What began as a focus on teen depression has grown into a comprehensive mission: supporting students, educators, and communities at every stage of the K–12 school journey.

As our reach has expanded, so have our program offerings. Our Resource Portal features lessons and activities covering essential mental health topics, each tailored to specific age groups:

  • Mental Health - Depression & Suicide: Introductory Level (Grades K–3)
  • Stress & Anxiety: Level I (Grades 4–6) | Level II (Grades 5–9)
  • Building Resilience: Level I (Grades 4–6) | Level II (Grades 5–9)
  • Positive Relationships: Intro (Grades K–3) | Level I (Grades 4–6) | Level II (Grades 5–9) | Level III (Grades 8–12)
  • Coming Soon:
