Why are my login credentials no longer working?

If you created an account prior to July 15, 2026: Erika's Lighthouse switched to a new website provider on July 15, 2026. Users that created accounts prior to this date will need to use the SET NEW PASSWORD REQUEST FORM to Set a New Password.

This email will be sent from Erika's Lighthouse Support, be sure you check your spam.

If you created an account after July 15, 2026: You were sent a SET A PASSWORD email directly from Erika's Lighthouse Support. This email will be resent 24, 48, and 72 hours after the initial email. You MUST use one of those emails to set a new password.

If you believe you have completed the steps above and still cannot access the Resource Portal, please submit a Tech Support ticket

Security Notice: For security purposes, Erika's Lighthouse is unable to manually set passwords. All users will need to receive an email directly from our provider and manually set their own password.
