As young people face an unprecedented mental health crisis, Erika’s Lighthouse responds upstream with a preventative approach—normalizing conversations around mental health, equipping youth with self-advocacy skills, and promoting early help-seeking before a crisis occurs.

Depression education is suicide prevention. Our skills-based, teacher-led model reaches students in the classrooms before a crisis occurs.
