CLASSROOM EDUCATION
Free K-12 Mental Health Curriculum for Schools
Erika's Lighthouse provides free, evidence-informed mental health curriculum for grades K-12, covering depression, suicide prevention and mental health literacy in English and Spanish. We know depression and suicide thrive in isolation. That's why our classroom programs open up life-saving conversations before a crisis hits, giving students a lifeline for a lifetime.
The Power of Education
Our skills-based programs help achieve key learning objectives to achieve mental health literacy. In fact, 89% of students reported being able to identify overwhelming feelings and/or signs and symptoms of depression after using Erika’s Lighthouse curriculum.

Depression & Suicide
Designed to meet students where they are, our Flagship Curriculum opens up life-saving conversations in a stigma-free, accessible way.
- Evidence-Informed: Built and managed by dedicated, highly credentialed professionals, our curriculum delivers measurable impact—with 89% of students reporting they achieved mental health literacy.
- Best Practice: The Depression & Suicide curriculum is listed on the Suicide Prevention Resource Center Best Practice Registry
- Peer-to-Peer Learning: Students want to hear from other students, not just teachers. We use real middle and high school students in our video courses so your students see themselves reflected in the curriculum.
