Gina joined Erika’s Lighthouse in January 2026 and brings over 20 years of experience in nonprofit and humanitarian work in the U.S. and abroad. Her background spans corporate technology, strategic partnerships, fundraising, community outreach, and program leadership in complex environments. Gina holds a Master of Social Work from Universidad de Puerto Rico and a BS in Business from Indiana University. She is excited to apply her experience to advance mental health education and awareness for adolescents and young adults.
