Kristina is the Director of Program Operations at Erika’s Lighthouse, an organization she has proudly served since 2016. She initially joined the team as a graduate intern before transitioning full-time as the Director of Outreach & Development in 2017. Bringing a unique blend of experience from her earlier career in the business and financial services sectors, Kristina is dedicated to advancing the organization’s mission through impactful mental health education. She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW), along with a certificate in Non-Profit Management and Philanthropy, from Loyola University Chicago, and holds a BA in sociology from Miami University (Ohio).
