What makes the mission and work of Erika’s Lighthouse meaningful to you?

As a school social worker by background, I have always had a passion for supporting children and adolescents to grow and learn from where they are. Erika’s Lighthouse supports that growth around knowledge from a mental health lens, supporting both the students and the adults who support them. The more we all know about mental health and how to support one another the better and Erika’s Lighthouse provides free tools and resources to do just that. I wish I had known about the resources when I was doing direct service work but I am grateful to be able to share the information and tools aligned with the work we are doing through Project AWARE.
